Red Badge/Member Orientation

Assure that each new Rotary member is welcomed into our club and that retention remains high through a coordinated member orientation program. Plan and conduct orientation for new Rotary members once they are inducted into the club. Assign a mentor to each new member, preferably the member who sponsored the new member. Provide guidance, support and encouragement to new members and their mentors as they work through the process to move from Red Badge member to Blue Badge member.
