Remember, the old District Simplified Grant program has ended . . .

A new application form will be available soon. Clubs must be qualified under the new structure to apply for the new District Grants. This includes have at least two representatives at the annual District Foundation Seminar, having an approved Club Memorandum of Understanding, and having an approved Grant Financial Management Plan.
