- Consecutive Sessions: Engage in targeted workshops for Presidents-Elect (PE), Presidents-Nominee (PEN), and Assistant Governors (AG), plus a special session on Club Runner.

Opening Session: Dancing with Uncertainty: Adapting to New Ideas with Jenna Justice

In this session, we’ll explore the strengths and challenges of adapting to changing ideas, leadership styles, and goals. Get ready to tap into your creative side—this session will engage your mind and artistic skills!

- 1:00 PM: Welcome and Team Building Exercise
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Consecutive Sessions (AG, PE, PEN, and Club Runner)
- 4:00 PM: Fundraising or Fun-raising – What Works for Your Club?
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Break
- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Dinner, featuring RI Rep Cynde
Saturday, May 3rd:
- 8:30 AM: Annual District Meeting (vote for DGND selection process)
- 9:00 AM: Invitation to Calgary
- 10:00 AM: Meet Our Youth Exchange Students
- 11:00 AM: Club and District Brag Session
- 12:00 PM: Break for to-go lunch
- 1:00 PM: Helena Excursions and See the Town
- Service Project
- District 5390 Annual Executive Meetings (lunch provided)
